Lighting Director
Rory is passionate about creating lighting schemes that are inspiring yet practical. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years he is always keen to simplify processes and share knowledge and experience with others.
His electrical and lighting qualifications allow him to deliver hands-on design vision with a blend of practicality and creative thinking.

Design Visualisation
Neil specialises in the delivery of professional lighting design, art and innovative computing. He works with the team at Enlighten Design to create concepts and can present them in a full photo realistic schemes when requested.
Neil’s work helps with decision making and to explore potential issues associated with technical lighting, planning and regulations. Neil became a qualified architect in 1993 and has personally worked for architects such as Grimshaws and John McAslan + Partners and for architectural illustration studio Hayes Davidson, as well as a period spent with computer games creator Electronic Arts.
Lighting Designer
Having gained a first class honours degree in fine art, Katy has been focusing on lighting for the past 5 years using her perspective from previous work in delivering film, photography and gallery events.
Katy provides lighting design and co-ordination at Enlighten Design. Please contact her to discuss any aspect of lighting scheme planning and delivery.
Product Design
Richard specialises in creating innovative design solutions focusing on contemporary products and furniture. He has received worldwide recognition for his work in design, including the Crypsis interactive Lighting System. Richard was educated at the Royal College of Art and has double masters in Design and Product Design.
Having worked as designer, advisor and lecturer to numerous international clients. Richard has previously worked with clients such as Tom Dixon, Join Merit (HK), Artemide, Schott Glass, LED Artist, The UK Design Council, Wacom, FOC, and The Eden Project.
Richard offers advice and assistance with ECO design, conceptual design, product development, materials research, prototyping, fabrication, product analysis, testing, electronics, mechanical engineering, LED lighting.
